Telephones and e-mail are good communications tools, but sometimes you need more!  You need to be able to convey complex ideas, get immediate feedback and respond accordingly; all with people who are hundreds of miles apart. 

But, what do you do? 

One choice is to take people away from their offices, and gather them in a room for a few days. Effective but expensive. Or, send out e-mails, faxes and get together on the phone. Much less expensive, but not as effective.  

The Internet at its best...

Utilizing the internet, ICOM will help plan a web-based meeting - or a webcast.  We will assist in organizing your material, prepare your slides, 'stream' your audio and video to a special website.  During the actual webcast, those who are invited to attend can do so from their desks.  Each attendee will be able to watch the live presenter, clearly hear their voice, view slides and graphics and be able to ask questions.

With ICOM Webcasting, there is no need for special software, no need for special training and your meeting may include 5 to 5000 people or more!

What's more, if some are not able to attend at the time of the live meeting, they can view the entire event from their desktop later - at any time of the day or night. This is much more effective than looking at someone else's notes!
